Support – Advise – Advocate

Created in 1997, l’Association des conseillers et professionnels du Québec (ACPQ) defends and represents non-unionized, but unionizable employees of the Health and Social Services sector. It is proud to provide members with personalized, professional service, including legal advice.

The ACPQ is proud of its positive and non-confrontational approach to resolve disputes. The team of lawyers and labour relations consultants provides a customized professional service to meet the unique needs of each member. The ACPQ’s team has a thorough knowledge of labour laws that apply to non-unionized, but unionizable employees of the Health and Social Services sector. The team offers support and advice to help members with conflict resolution and mediation and represents members in court if required.
